How AdmitArrive works and how we are funded

What we do for you

• Find the right programme. We compare programmes against your degree, grades, budget, English level and start date, and send you 3 to 5 that fit, with an honest view of your chances.
• Apply with support. A document checklist, deadline reminders and feedback on your motivation letter for the universities you choose.
• Prepare your visa. Blocked account, health insurance, appointment preparation and your visa application, prepared and reviewed with the immigration specialists of Caselink.

What it costs you

Nothing. Our guidance, your shortlist and our support with your application and visa are free for students. You only pay the official costs of studying abroad yourself, such as application fees set by universities or uni-assist, the visa fee and the money for your blocked account. Our guides list these costs with their official sources.

How we are funded

AdmitArrive is a service of Caselink GmbH in Berlin. Today we receive no commissions from universities or service providers. Nobody pays us to recommend a programme, a university or a provider.

We may accept commissions from universities in the future. If we do, we will only accept them for universities you chose yourself, they will never change what we recommend, and we will say so on this page.

How we make recommendations

• Fit first. Your shortlist is based on your profile, budget and plans. It can include universities we do not work with, and we recommend a public university when it fits you better.
• Your choice is recorded. When you request a shortlist, we ask which universities you are already considering, so your own choices are on record from the start.
• Official facts only. Figures in our guides come from official sources such as the DAAD, German missions and universities, each with its date. We do not guarantee admission or a visa; universities and German missions decide.
